Step 1 – Turn It On

Step 2 – Glide Over Callused Areas
Gently roll over heels, balls of feet, or other rough spots. Use light, controlled pressure — let the roller do the work instead of pressing hard.
Step 3 – Use Short Passes
Move the roller in short, even strokes. Avoid lingering in one spot to prevent irritation. Gradually cover all rough areas until the skin feels smoother.
Step 4 – Clean and Store
After use, wipe the roller head with a damp cloth and allow it to dry. Store in a safe, dry place until next use.
